| As long as you are willing to follow-up and take on some of the case management, the agency was good.
Their appears to be turn over with their case managers.
Also, the boiler plate contracts need outside consult before signing---a social worker who specializes in family planning was very useful as they hear the "reality" of many experiences and suggest practical changes that Brisman's staff did not. |
| Horrible follow up. Sloppy from minute one. It is difficult to part from any agency when the journey is already started, for us it took a very long time to find a surrogate and that is not necessarily the agency's fault. What was disturbing is the multiple errors made at many levels, led to an atrocious time spent between the moment we matched with a GC and the time a contract was signed. No one took responsibility for that. Emails are not answered in a timly fashion. They are very condescending with questions. Would not recommend RP. |
