Clinic reviews and comments

Response
(2013, USA parents) Outstanding clinic. The doctors and staff are top-notch.
(2014, International parents) The clinic were excellent.
(2014, USA parents) The team at fwf were excellent!!! I can not say enough about them
(2014, USA parents) Dr Kaufman and his staff were so wonderful to work with. They were knowledgable, comforting and professional. We would definitely go back to them if we were to go through another round.
(2013, USA parents) Dr. Kaufman himself was fantastic as was the lead technical people, however the receptionist was combative at times and not empathetic to the situation despite having gone through it. (or at least the empathy did not come across in tone/action/words).
(2014, International parents) They were a bit slow in scheduling - once we'd got our surrogate contract sorted it still seemed to take a few months before we underwent a cycle - this may be because they only cycle on a few days a month and so they get booked up. You also have to watch what is and isn't included in your contract in terms of costs. But they are good value, got results for us. So I don't think you'd go wrong in choosing them.
Dr Kaufman and staff are great! Knowledgeable and friendly. They were easy to schedule with, on time, and clear about all billing issues. Also, Dr. K has a very high success rate. I am so grateful to them!
(2013, USA parents) Dr. Kauffman and his office were incredible and made us feel very at ease and confident during this entire process.
(2014, International parents) Absolument parfait! Le Dr Kaufman et toute sont équipe sont de sérieux professionnels, efficaces et très sympathiques.
(2013, USA parents) This clinic made us feel very important throughout the process. They were always available when we needed them.
Fort Worth Fertility (Dr. Robert Kaufmann) has our highest praise. What you see of Dr. Kaufmann in his MHB conference videos is how he is in person: folksy, affable, intelligent and compassionate. He is easy going but he is intellectually intense and clinically rigorous as well. ... Dr. Kaufmann personally evaluated our anonymous egg donor and did the retrieval. His embryologist, Morgan, fertilized and incubated our eggs. She biopsied the resulting embryos for extensive genetic testing which we requested, froze them, and subsequently thawed one specific embryo for transfer. Dr. Kaufmann personally evaluated our gestational surrogate and did the transfer. Since our gestational carrier lived out of state, Fort Worth Fertility arranged for her to be monitored by a fertility clinic local to her. ... Fort Worth Fertility has it own attractive building in the hospital district south of downtown Fort Worth, Texas. There are major hotels and motels within one mile. The business manager explained each service and gave us an itemized price list. Dr. Kaufmann counseled us about appropriate age and health parameters for an egg donor and for a gestational carrier. We were assigned a third-party liaison. We had innumerable interchanges via the third-party liaison, mostly by email. All of our communications were acknowledged the same day. We received answers that day or an explanation why it would take longer. Our original liaison gave us one-month's notice that she was leaving and training her successor. Dr. Kaufmann called us when the pregnancy was clinically confirmed. The entire staff was courteous and respectful both to us and to our gestational carrier on each of our visits. ... I like to jest, "It's a good thing Dr. Kaufmann loves people because he's helping make more of them all the time." Our remaining embryos are stored at Fort Worth Fertility.
(2017, USA parents) We cannot express how much we enjoyed working with Dr. Kaufmann! Dr. K and his entire staff were communicative, compassionate, and just great people. We did an anonymous fresh egg donation, and Amy kept us well informed every step of the process. We were able to attend the transfer, and Dr. K made the whole process fun and relaxing (despite all three of us being super nervous). We will definitely be going back to Fort Worth IVF for our second journey, and we highly recommend them to potential IPs.
Dr. K. and Michelle are awesome. They were there for us through the ups and downs. Awesome experience with these folks!
