Practice assisted reproductive technology (“ART”) law in Florida. I perform all ART related legal matters for same sex couples including, but not limited to, drafting surrogacy and egg/sperm/embryo donation agreements, finalizing the parental rights of the parents to place both names on the birth certificate following the birth of the child/children, second parent adoptions, and representation of surrogates and egg/sperm/embryo donors in the review of their agreements.
